The Step-By-Step guide to how we build
To learn more about what goes into building one of our garden rooms click below. We go through everything from foundations to lighting so no part of the process leaves you feeling in the dark.
Step One - Design
GET IN TOUCH - So easy, don't be shy, pick up the phone. We can build a design on our system with a very accurate quote in just a few minutes. Fancy trying it yourself, head over to the online builder and give it a go. If it's out of hours and you want to speak to us, send us a message from the website, Facebook, Instagram or good old fashioned email. All we need is an idea and a rough budget, and we can get to work on building out your design.
Site Visit
If you are unsure of how or where is best to have your wonderful garden room then no problem, book us in for a free site survey to check out the space and we can help inspire. Whether your design is simple or complex we always want to meet you and see the space to assess the area for compatibility and regulation but to also understand what the project means to you and how best we can deliver it beyond your expectations.
Get A Date Booked
Once you are happy with your design and quote, we will agree on a start date. We are flexible, so no need to panic about deciding to the centimetre where you want your windows and sockets positioned. We build on-site, so adjustments to the likes of the canopy depth, decking design, position of doors and windows are all manageable to ensure you get the perfect garden room.
Building Time
Ground screw foundations are generally laid at least 1 day prior to the construction start date. Your garden rooms base and outer structure will take shape very quickly over the first days with internal preparation and plastering following to complete week one. The full duration of the build is dependant on the garden room build complexity and landscaping but will take between 1-3 weeks.
Your project is finished and ready for you and your family to enjoy!
