Guarantee
Peace of mind, accredited and first-class service
All our garden rooms are built to such high quality. We not only offer a 10-year structural guarantee, but we are also an approved member of the CPA. The CPA is a national organisation that has been protecting consumers for over twenty years and is recognised as the number one organisation for protecting property owners when they make a major home improvement purchase. Only companies that can demonstrate best-practice; high-levels of craftsmanship; and a history of first-class customer service are accepted to join the organisation, following a rigorous vetting process.
Electrics & Heating
All-inclusive, premium as standard and fully certified
All Rooms To Grow garden rooms are inclusive of a full electrical and heating package. We provide full, flush, spotlight coverage internally with the same externally in a canopy if your build has one. Minimum of four flush double sockets, a consumer unit and full electrical connection to your home. Your room will be heated by a remote heater correctly sized for your room. There are other lighting and heating options available.

Cladding:
Locally milled, low maintenance & non-combustible
Our premium cladding options in both wood and composite provide protection against moisture, rot, UV light, insect and fungal attack. We use locally milled Western Red Cedar as it holds a natural resistance to the elements. We further extended the protection by coating the Cedar in specialist oil. Our cement-based composite cladding boards, ‘Cedral and Hardieplank’ frequently used on house building, are available in a vast range of colours. Composite cladding is non-combustible with certified fire ratings allowing outbuildings to built closer to boundaries.

Foundations: Ground Screw
Quicker, cleaner and greener
We use only premium First Base ground screws. Ground screws have a minimal environmental impact and can be installed all year round and in any condition. In a matter of hours, you have strong, level and lasting foundations ready to build on. Ground screws require no digging or mud removal and eliminate garden disturbance and mess. Ground screws can be sited closer to boundaries allowing full maximisation of space.
Timber frame, base and insulation construction:
Bespoke, handcrafted and versatile
Timber frame construction provides the versatility to build unique designs and utilise challenging spaces without limitation. Timber frames built on-site by our craftsmen allows customers to have the flexibility for any decision changes. Our quality rooms are insulated in the floors, walls and roof with industry-leading insulation boards. Ventilation is provided through the floor and roof construction and the Tyveck house wrap breather membrane that controls the moisture within the building. Leaving your garden warm in the winter and cooler in the summer months.
Roofing structure and covering:
Efficient, optimal and longevity
As standard, our garden rooms come with a flat but inclined roof for water disbursement. The roof structure is constructed of several layers. Timber rafters, insulation boards, 18mm t&g OSB, and premium brand EPDM rubber.
Plastering, decoration and flooring
Homely, efficient and expertly finished
All our rooms are plasterboarded, plastered and painted to finish as standard. Complete with painted skirting boards and architrave if required. Premium waterproof oak laminate flooring in an array of colours and textures to choose from is laid throughout. Alternative flooring can be catered for if required.
