Designed with Precision
Using your ideas and requirements, we create a fully bespoke design tailored to your garden and your home.
You will receive a detailed proposal along with realistic CGI visuals, allowing you to clearly picture the finished space before making any decisions. This gives you complete confidence that what you are investing in is exactly right.

Full Site Survey
Once you are happy with the initial design and pricing, we carry out a detailed site survey to ensure everything is technically accurate and ready for build.
We will map out the exact position, assess ground conditions, and fine-tune the design where needed, making sure every detail is aligned with your requirements and your property.

Finalise design and secure your build slot
Either in the Showroom or by call, we will walk through the final design with you, confirm all specifications, and agree on timelines and costs.
Once everything is approved, you can sign off on your proposal and secure your place in our build schedule, giving you complete clarity on what to expect and when.

Fully Managed Build
Every Rooms To Grow project begins with a full set of technical drawings, produced specifically for your build to ensure every detail is planned properly from the start.
Your project is then managed by our in-house project management team, including a dedicated project coordinator and on-site project management throughout the build. This ensures everything runs smoothly, from groundwork and foundations through to electrics, plastering, and final finishes.
You will also gain access to our online build tracking system, allowing you to follow progress, view updates, and stay fully informed at every stage.
06.
Completion, Certification and Handover
As your project nears completion, we carry out detailed final checks to ensure everything is finished to the highest standard.
Your garden room is then handed over, ready to use immediately, with all agreed works completed. Where applicable, we provide relevant certification and documentation, along with our insurance-backed guarantee, so you can enjoy your new space with complete confidence.
